Rams replace Harrison Mevis with Blake Grupe

Los Angeles released Harrison Mevis after his two missed field goals and the blocked overtime attempt against Buffalo, then signed Blake Grupe from the Jets' practice squad. Grupe's prior NFL experience gives the Rams an immediate replacement, though his availability does not resolve the team's larger special-teams problems.
