Olise’s France heroics strengthen comeback and Ballon d’Or case

France overturned a deficit to beat Belgium 4-1, scoring four times in the final 13-14 minutes after Cherki, Doué and Olise came off the bench. Olise’s two goals and assist have intensified his Ballon d’Or momentum, with Müller naming him alongside Mbappé as a leading candidate ahead of the October 26 announcement; Zidane has also called Olise’s performances exceptional.
