Rays Finalize World Series Roster, Add Garrett Cleavinger

Tampa’s 26-man roster carries 14 position players and 12 pitchers, with Cleavinger replacing Brody Hopkins. The left-handed bullpen option may help against Milwaukee’s lineup, though Cleavinger’s forearm issue and lack of action since Sept. 4 make the choice a risk.
