Minnesota provides Purdue's next turnaround test

Purdue hosts 4-1 Minnesota on Oct. 10 at 7 p.m. CT after the Gophers won consecutive Big Ten upsets, including against Michigan, and opened conference play 2-0. Minnesota's efficient quarterback Drake Lindsey, 14-sack defense, strong time-of-possession profile and Javon Tracy's punt-return ability will test Purdue's Illinois breakthrough; Purdue must protect Ryan Browne, defend third downs and finish red-zone drives.
