USF routs Delaware State for first 3-0 start since 2018

USF defeated Delaware State 59-17 on Sept. 19, producing 611 yards, 291 rushing yards and seven rushing touchdowns. D.J. Crowther rushed for 101 yards and three scores, Michael Van Buren passed for 300 yards and Joshua Porter topped 100 receiving yards. The offense is surging, but Hartline criticized a first half in which USF allowed seven gains of 15-plus yards, including a 90-yard touchdown; defensive consistency remains the key issue before Bowling Green.
