Lonesome Dove Literary and Screen Resurgence

Netflix has officially ordered a new Lonesome Dove adaptation from Zoe Kazan and Jeb Stuart, with Teton Ridge, the McMurtry estate, and Diana Ossana involved. Stuart says the series will explore material omitted from the celebrated 1989 miniseries; casting beyond Kazan, production timing, directors, locations, and release details remain unknown.
