Taylor Sheridan’s Western Universe Under Pressure

Paramount+ is shifting away from Westerns while Sheridan’s franchise faces scheduling disruptions, a possible Paramount exit, and a Yellowstone copyright lawsuit alleging that the 2016-submitted pilot Sovereign Nation copied story and casting details. 6666 is canceled and Landman Season 3 is delayed to 2027, but Michael Kelly has joined the cast and Marshals Season 2 remains set for October 4 on CBS.
