Baidu released ERNIE 4.5 open-weight under Apache 2.0, a heterogeneous MoE multimodal model. Includes full training/inference tooling (ERNIEKit, FastDeploy). Competes with Qwen, DeepSeek, and other Chinese open-weight models. Signals Baidu's push into open-source AI.
