Recursive releases Flint, an open-weight 40B MoE local coding model

Flint is an Apache 2.0 coding model for agents, with about 2.5B active parameters and public weights and code for local use. Recursive reports coding results including 54.9% on Terminal-Bench, but benchmark comparisons, speed claims, and the Eureka Machine design story need independent validation.
