Meta releases Muse Glimmer and Muse Spark 1.2, expanding open-weight local AI

Meta launched Muse Glimmer (30B, Apache 2.0, runs on single consumer GPU) for local agent workflows, and Muse Spark 1.2. Zuckerberg's accompanying manifesto advocates for distributed AI and defends distillation. These releases strengthen Meta's open-source position against Chinese models.
