Mellum2.1 open-sources an agentic coding model update

JetBrains' open Apache 2.0 Mellum2.1 offers Hugging Face checkpoints, a roughly 12B MoE architecture, sandboxed RL post-training, and inference optimizations, with a reported 47% SWE-Bench score. It is a strong efficient coding-agent release, but complete benchmark tables, speed claims, safety evidence, and independent validation remain outstanding.
