Alibaba launches Qwen Intelligence for smartphone agents

Alibaba's Qwen Intelligence is a full-stack smartphone agent platform with device-cloud orchestration, planning, and reported support for 100-plus-step tasks. Alibaba claims 91.8% accuracy on its open evaluation system, but the evidence is vendor-reported and the launch currently looks more like an agent platform than a separately documented model release.
