Baidu releases open-weight ERNIE-5.5-Flash-Base

Baidu released BF16 and FP8 weights for its 280B-total/14B-active sparse MoE base model, with fine-tuning examples and vLLM recipes. Reported results across 30 benchmarks remain unverified; the finished chat/reasoning Flash version is still forthcoming.
