McIlroy’s PGA Tour membership compliance and future schedule

McIlroy remains one start short of the PGA Tour’s 15-event membership requirement; no waiver or exemption implementation is confirmed. His remaining announced 2026 schedule includes the Australian Open and a Cathedral Invitational appearance, and he has confirmed a 2027 campaign opener at the Hero Dubai Desert Classic, January 21–24, where he will seek a fifth title.
