Local high school athletes making noise at state level

High school athletes from Tulare County and the wider region are racking up major accomplishments in state competition. Millikan’s girls’ soccer team dominated Tulare Western with a seven-goal outburst in the CIF State tournament, while three Tulare County wrestlers brought home medals from the CIF State Championships in Bakersfield.
