Haiti Security Crisis Threatens Political Transition

The UN reported at least 47 deaths and abductions in the Kenscoff massacre and more than 1,400 people killed between April and June. It says insecurity is obstructing Haiti's political transition and future elections and is urging deployment of the Gang Suppression Force, restoration of state authority, and accountability.
