Mobile River Bridge groundbreaking date remains unconfirmed

The I-10 Mobile River Bridge and Bayway project has finalized a $2.52 billion federal loan, with construction authorization expected Oct. 1. One official says a Friday groundbreaking could coincide with Trump's Mobile visit, but ALDOT says no date has been announced.
