Hazmat spill closes part of Grover Avenue

An overturned 18-wheeler spilled sodium hydroxide and diesel on Grover Avenue, prompting a Mobile Fire-Rescue hazardous-materials response and traffic restrictions. The spill was contained and no injuries were reported, but road disruption and cleanup remain relevant.
