New Drug Safety Signals: Testosterone Pellets, TUDRIQEV, Lamotrigine, Morphine Recall

Structured review of serious adverse events from subcutaneous testosterone pellet therapy in women – case-based evidence of off-label risks. FDA safety document on TUDRIQEV lists serious ADRs (pleural effusion, AKI, arthralgia, AFib). Lamotrigine cutaneous adverse reactions (SJS/TEN/DRESS) risk quantified – important for patient education.
