Apple Sets Pre-Orders for Redesigned iPad mini

Apple says its redesigned iPad mini has an 8.5-inch OLED, IP67 water resistance, and an A20 Pro chip. Pre-orders started October 28 ahead of November 6 availability; independent testing of performance, battery life, and durability is still needed.
