Lewiston mayoral race heads to December runoff

Unofficial results put Rick LaChapelle ahead of incumbent Carl Sheline, 45.7% to 35.3%, but neither reached a majority. The runoff campaign will center on issues including youth gun violence, taxes, police vacancies and economic growth.
