Chillicothe schools outline Nov. 3 levy proposal

The district is asking voters to approve a five-year, 0.75% earned-income tax levy after a close defeat in May. The proposal was presented to City Council Oct. 12, with further public presentations planned ahead of the Nov. 3 vote.
