Fatal Florence County hit-and-run under investigation

Grace Woods, 20, was killed in an early-morning hit-and-run on East Old Marion Highway in Florence County. The accused driver was denied bond, while the South Carolina Highway Patrol investigation continues and the vehicle and full circumstances remain under review.
