Flooding disrupts Arts District businesses

Flooding has left some Arts District businesses closed and seeking support; valley flood-control infrastructure mitigated broader damage but did not prevent road closures and a fatal rescue during weekend storms. Charleston Boulevard drainage work is intended to reduce risk but is not expected to finish until next fall.
