Valley Water Governance and Coyote Creek Flood Protection

On October 27, Valley Water’s Board continued Director Rebecca Eisenberg’s censure following an independent investigation that substantiated specific conduct; the resolution builds on a 2024 censure. Valley Water also awarded the Coyote Creek Flood Protection Project replacement construction contract to Gordon N. Ball, with completion still anticipated in October 2028 and park and trail closures not expected until early 2027.
