Two arrested after suspected drugs found near Lenoir County infant

Deputies say a disturbance response led to suspected narcotics being found near a three-month-old; EMS checked the infant and Social Services took custody. Two adults face drug-related charges, which remain allegations, and the infant’s condition and court developments are not yet known.
