Ball State-Northwestern kickoff set for October 10

Ball State's October 10 game at Northwestern will kick off at 12:30 p.m. ET on Big Ten Network. Northwestern is the immediate test after consecutive MAC losses, a 1-4 start and continuing quarterback, rushing-defense and discipline concerns; matchup coverage also highlights Ball State's 46.5% opponent third-down conversion rate, ranked 125th nationally. The October 24 Sacramento State homecoming date remains confirmed.
