Bexar County early voting: record turnout and ballot-access problems

Turnout has reached a reported 176,761 in-person votes and 17,594 mail ballots, alongside long waits, equipment and registration issues, and ballot-style errors. The county says an error affecting 150 school-district boundary splits was fixed quickly, but the number affected and recourse for voters who already cast ballots remain unclear; voting continues through Oct. 30.
