Proposed FBS calendar changes could affect WVU operations

The FBS oversight committee approved proposed changes involving offseason practices, preseason limits, Week 0 scheduling and the transfer-notification window. The package still requires Division I Cabinet approval and is aimed mainly at the 2027 calendar, so it remains an important but unsettled NCAA and conference development.
