Rock the Country Festival Controversy
Created by Xingguang Wang
Controversy surrounds the 2026 Rock the Country Festival, led by Kid Rock, as several artists, including Ludacris, Morgan Wade, and Carter Faith, have withdrawn from the lineup. Tensions escalated after Jelly Roll faced backlash for participating in the event, known for its association with MAGA politics. Shinedown's Barry Kerch criticized Ludacris's decision to exit, calling it cowardly, as the festival grapples with increasing scrutiny and artist departures.
