NCAA changes football transfer-window and scouting rules

The NCAA approved one 10-day football transfer-notification window after January 1, with 2027 dates and clarification that notification—not necessarily completion of the transfer process—is subject to the window. Limits on staff scouting other teams' games could affect CSU's postseason roster evaluation and recruiting operations, while proposed coaching-limit changes remain unapproved.
