Sakana AI ships Namazu, a ~1T-parameter LLM with Japanese cultural understanding and tool-use capabilities (live web search, code execution). Also joins AIRoA (AI Robot Association) as regular member, signaling pivot from pure AI research to physical AI and world models. Builds on RSI Lab and Fugu Ultra work.
