Adams 12 board prepares to vote on school closures

Adams 12’s board is expected to vote Oct. 7 on a consolidation plan affecting six schools, including Studio School and Shadow Ridge. The district cites a 6,200-student enrollment decline and approximately $5 million in first-year savings; potential Northglenn-area effects include reassignment, transportation changes, enrollment access, and school-community disruption.
