Temple hosts East Carolina after bye-week defensive reset

Temple is scheduled to host ECU on Oct. 31 at 3 p.m. ET on ESPN+ after its off week and defensive staff reshuffle. An AP statistical preview notes Temple’s strong rushing and red-zone profile and Sheppard’s 1,127 passing yards without an interception, while ECU has struggled on third down and in the red zone; it provides no reliable injury or lineup update.
