KCRHA shifts locally funded homelessness services

About $150 million in locally funded service contracts will return to Seattle and King County as KCRHA reduces its role and concentrates on regional infrastructure, data, federal funding, Coordinated Entry, and severe-weather coordination. Staffing and partnership changes will continue through 2026, making service continuity the key issue to watch.
