Laika details Wildwood's large-scale stop-motion production

Production coverage reports a 265-week schedule, more than 2,800 shots, over 1,000 contributors, 223 puppets, 142,030 replacement faces, and inventive practical/digital effects work. The film remains scheduled for October 23, 2026, making this a substantive craft update rather than routine promotion.
