From Alaska to Qatar, energy majors are advancing massive LNG projects and locking in decades-long offtake deals, including TotalEnergies’ 20-year, 2 MMtpy supply from the Alaska LNG project into Asia. The U.S. is cementing its export role with record Sabine Pass volumes and new pipelines feeding Gulf Coast and regional gas demand, while Qatar, Indonesia, Argentina, Iraq and others move to monetize gas through LNG or integrated gas growth projects.
