The Big Ten is reportedly open to meeting an SEC scheduling concession tied to a possible 24-team College Football Playoff. The 10-qualifying-events condition, championship-game economics, ESPN’s rights position, conference revenue, and the Dec. 1 target remain unresolved, so no expansion agreement is final.
