Kansas prepares to host UCF after TCU loss

Kansas (3-5, 1-4 Big 12) hosts UCF on Nov. 7 seeking a response to its loss at TCU. The starting quarterback remains uncertain: Marshall was limited by a lower-leg issue against TCU, while Ballard had practiced little after an injury. The team says its focus has shifted to UCF; a preview’s season-stat attribution to Marshall remains unverified.
