Sam Houston’s pass defense and pass rush present a test for Missouri State

The Sam Houston matchup features the Bearkats’ productive passing game and elite pass defense against Belin, Myers and Robinson. A newly read stats table lists Sam Houston with 12 sacks through seven games, compared with Missouri State’s nine; Woods also says the Bears have an unusually deep injury list, with Green and Scrivner expected to miss time. One schedule article lists the game for Oct. 27, but another lists Oct. 28, leaving the date unresolved.
