Missouri State earns first FBS win under Casey Woods

Missouri State defeated Kennesaw State 24-21 on Oct. 14 to improve to 2-4 overall and 1-1 in Conference USA. Yousef Obeid's walk-off field goal, Henry Belin IV's 300-yard, two-touchdown debut as a starter, Isaiah Myers' two scores and Jmariyae Robinson's career receptions record made the victory a major program milestone. Connor Lair's expanded role, Obeid's strong season and recurring penalties are important follow-up details.
