Angels Sold to Stan Kroenke

Arte Moreno has agreed to sell the Los Angeles Angels to Stan Kroenke's Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, reportedly for about $4 billion and potentially a record MLB franchise price. The sale is subject to MLB approval and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027, leaving leadership, spending and organizational-direction questions unresolved.
