Connor Bedard named captain and ruled out for opener

Connor Bedard is officially Chicago's 37th captain, with Patrick Kane and Tyler Bertuzzi as alternates. He remains out while recovering from shoulder surgery, with November still the expected return window; Nazar, Frondell and possibly Moore are absorbing prominent center duties.
