Europe's weak growth and political fragmentation are worsening fiscal risks
France's high debt, political deadlock, heavy borrowing needs and volatile bond yields remain the clearest eurozone market danger. Recent declines in French yields and a euro rebound provide temporary relief, but disorderly repricing could raise borrowing costs for banks and other governments, weaken the euro and constrain defence, energy and public-service spending.
