Executive power, press access and taxpayer-funded political messaging

A federal judge has extended restrictions affecting White House access for CNN, MS NOW, and Politico, and the administration is appealing on issues involving press access, retaliation, and due process. Another judge extended a block on nearly $20 million in administration advertisements through the midterms, creating continuing appropriations and enforcement questions after reports that the ads continued airing.
