Methods, tools, and hardware for scalable, reliable AI systems
Building the Next-Gen AI Stack
This cluster highlights how AI research is being reshaped from the silicon up through to model behavior. On the infrastructure side, we see ultra high‑capacity Micron memory for AI data centers and tools like llmfit that automatically right‑size models to available RAM, CPU, and GPU. Research and tooling such as TorchLean’s formal verification of neural nets, CharacterFlywheel’s production-scale iterative LLM refinement, CHIMERA’s compact synthetic reasoning data, and human-in-the-loop continual learning aim to make models more robust, steerable, and easier to improve, while work on personality subnetworks and systems like DREAM for visual understanding plus text-to-image deepen our grasp of how these models actually think and generalize.
