Refined Product Shortage Deepens as Refineries Come Under Attack

Russian refinery outages, Ukraine-linked strikes, Russia’s diesel-export halt, weaker Chinese exports, Middle East damage, and low US inventories are keeping diesel and gasoline exceptionally tight even as crude prices retreat.
