Pirelli targets higher-degradation tyres for 2027

Pirelli is pursuing more thermal degradation after early 2026 races generated too many one-stop strategies. Sepang's aggressive C2-C4 selection, heat, abrasion, resurfacing and heavy FP1 degradation provide an important real-world reference for the 2027 direction, though race-day behaviour remains unknown.
