Zuma is open at The Guild Hotel in downtown San Diego, confirming a major upscale hospitality prospect with 270 seats, a 40-plus sake program, Japanese whiskies, cocktails, and international-brand positioning. A separate French-inspired Little Italy restaurant/nightlife concept led by the current Chez Loma manager remains unnamed and undated; the Romero brothers continue pursuing a permanent location for Two Ducks, while The Dempsey near Julian remains planned for October 2026.
