Defense produces takeaways but loses Aaron Flowers for season

Flowers is out for the season after surgery, and Oregon has not identified a clear replacement in the secondary. Matayo Uiagalelei has five sacks through five games, including two against UCLA; edge discipline will matter against mobile Nebraska quarterback Anthony Colandrea. Communication, tackling, red-zone execution and pass-rush consistency remain concerns.
